I’m an executive coach with a sales and leadership background and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. My passion is helping successful people manage transitions, develop clarity of vision, be more effective leaders, and attain audacious goals. My journey to become a certificated soaring pilot has led me to a particular interest in the areas that overlap in developing leadership skills and the challenges of doing hard and sometimes daunting things - like flying around in the mountains without an engine!
